Chad Beers was born and raised in Buffalo, NY. He is a true American entrepreneur. He grew up in the property preservation business and moved out of state to start his own company in 2007. Within just a couple years he grew the business and also started First Property Asset Managers, LLC handling all acquisitions, auctions, buying, selling, rentals, and maintenance.
From all of this BCP came to life over the years and is now a one stop operation handling property preservation, maintenance, renovations, new construction, single family rentals, and fix and flips.
